TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR SUBMITTING SIGNALS IN “INTERMEDICA GROUP” EOOD

under the Act on Protection of Persons, Reporting Information, or Publicly Disclosing Information about Breaches (Whistleblowers Protection Act)

 

INTERMEDICA GROUP exercises its business with honesty, integrity and in a lawful manner. As part of the measures to ensure this and in fulfillment of the requirements of the Law for protection of persons who report or publicly disclose information about breaches and Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2019 on the protection of persons who report breaches of Union law (the so-called Whistleblowing Directive), the company adopted Policy on internal whistleblowing and follow-up actions.

If you believe that there is a breach of the Bulgarian or EU legislation as set out in the applicable law and the Policy (you may find it in below link) or other irregularity or wrongdoing involving INTERMEDICA GROUP, you may report it through one of the following channels indicated below:

  1. via electronic mail to the following address: whistleblower@intermedica.eu  – the report (form) needs to be signed with qualified electronic signature of the whistleblower;
  2. in writing, by serving the report to the Responsible Person or sending it via courier or post to the following address: city of Sofia, 361 Tsarigradsko Shose Blvd., 3rd floor, to the attention of INTERMEDICA GROUP EOOD, with the text “report under LPPWRPDIB” – the report (form) needs to be signed by hand by the whistleblower;
  3. verbally to the Responsible Person by contacting them at +359 886 43 73 83 between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. during business days, including through the voicemail system, or by arranging a meeting in person with the Responsible Person scheduled in advance via the indicated telephone number;
